A busy Saturday with Newmarket taking centre stage and the Long shot tipster has two against the field in the Cambridgeshire.

J: Oisin Murphy
T: J & T Gosden
The Gosden stable have won this race 5 times in the last 30 years and each time has been with an unexposed type such as today's contender Roi De France. Having had only 4 career starts it's safe to assume there is plenty of improvement left in the son of Sea The Stars and he is yet to finish outside the front two in his races. He broke his maiden easily at Windsor two runs back and then was given a very tender ride after nearly two months off the track when 2nd at Yarmouth last time out. That run would have put him spot on for today and in a race where plenty of his rivals look exposed, Roi De France might well be far better than his current mark of 95. Roi De France rates a 5 star each way Pick.

J: Rossa Ryan
T: R Craggs
Ron O is a likeable handicapper who had been racing with credit for the past two season but has really kicked on this term in his levels of form. He won back to back handicaps at Redcar and York in May and June and has since ran very well in top quality handicaps at York. He was a little bit hampered before staying on strongly to finish 5th of 17 last time out and comes into today's race in top form. The hustle and bustle of a big field handicap shouldn't bother him and his draw in stall 37 will allow him to get plenty of cover early before coming with a late run. Connections have taken the trouble of booking Rossa Ryan for the ride and it all bodes well for a big effort. Ron O rates a 4 star each way Pick.
