Bang On The Bell showed some improved form last season in sprint handicaps, so much so that he reached a career high mark of 90 on the all-weather. His recent form has somewhat curtailed over the winter and after a few poor efforts finds himself being able to race off 73 today. On his latest run at Chelmsford there appeared to be a bit more spark when finishing 5th of 7 but beaten under 3 lengths. If Bang On The Bell can build on that run then he is clearly a well-handicapped horse at present who could be ready to take advantage of his mark. He has the perfect draw in stall 1 to operate from and is a 5- time winner at this track. Bang On The Bell rates a 4 star each way Pick.
