Day 1 of Aintree's Grand National Meeting takes centre stage and here are the thoughts of our Racing Factors tipster.

Jango Baie is a most consistent sort and has never been out of the top 2 in all his 8 starts under rules. He showed good form as a hurdler last season but improved for a great deal when sent novice chasing this term. He won at Cheltenham in December, beating some good yardsticks by 6 1/2 lengths. He then went down narrowly at Sandown in the grade 1 Scilly Isles chase. However he came good at the Cheltenham Festival on his latest run, despite being outpaced during the middle of the race, Jango Baie finished the race strongly to win the 2m Arkle Chase. Based on that run he should relish stepping back up in distance today and at a track he has done well on in the past. Jango Baie rates a 5 star win Pick.
