Skycutter was a very decent performer on the flat, reaching a rating of 98 in that sphere and he translated some of that ability over hurdles winning 3 of his 10 starts. He was switched to fences for the start of this season and ran a cracking race at Warwick to finish 1 1/4 lengths behind the 134 rates Rambo T. Skycutter jumped really well for most of the race and looked the likeliest winner turning for home and perhaps just the lack of race fitness compared to his rival told in the final stages of the race. With that run under his belt and off what looks a very attractive mark of 120, Skycutter can win his first race over fences today. Skycutter rates a 5 star win Pick.
