Dirty Den has been running well of late without getting his head in front and has finished 2nd on all 3 of his starts this year. On his latest start he got to the front 2 hurdles from home but could not sustain the effort and was beaten just 1 1/4 lengths in the end. The handicapper has left his mark unchanged for that effort and given perhaps a more patient ride, he can be produced to get his head in front this time. Good ground, 2m distance and a sharp track like Hereford should all suit Dirty Den really well and he should run his race once more. Dirty Den rates a 3 star win Pick.
