Dysart Enos was unbeaten under rules coming into this season and looked a race mare to follow having won a grade 2 bumper at Aintree last spring and a trio of novice hurdle races. Given a mark of 131 she was sent off favourite for the Greatwood Handicap hurdle at Cheltenham in November and travelled powerfully through the race but faded late on into 3rd. Perhaps the combination of her first run back being a little keen in the race and the slow early gallop didn't help her that day and now with a run under her belt and on a stiff galloping track such as Ascot she might be ready to pick up the winning thread again. The handicapper has put her up 4lbs for her last start but we could easily be talking about a graded class mare in handicaps with Dysart Enos. Dysart Enos rates a 5 star win Pick.
