Talis Evolvere has shown some very smart form in top handicap company this season including a win at Newcastle. He has a good record on the all-weather in general with 3 wins and 3 seconds from 9 starts on the artificial surface. Talis Evolvere was a shade disappointing when last seen at Kempton in September, but given a nice break and now down to a handicap mark of 95 (just 1 lb higher than last winning mark) he could well be ready to strike. From a good draw in 3 he might be able to race prominent and with assured stamina at this trip, prove a hard horse to pass at the death. Talis Evolvere rates a 4 star win Pick.
