Fighting Poet has been exclusively campaigned at this track since August and from his 4 runs here he has won twice and finished 3rd and 4th on the other occasions. He was held up off the pace last time and was never able to land a blow however prior to that he won by head from another possibly well-handicapped horse. Granted a strong early pace today and on stamina testing ground, things should pan out better for Fighting Poet and he can make it win number 3 here at Brighton. Fighting Poet rates a 4 star win Pick.
