A busy Saturday with Ascot's Shergar Cup meeting taking centre stage. Here are the thoughts of our Racing Factors tipster.

Jarraaf was somewhat of a surprise winner first time out at Kempton last October and the form of that race has worked out really well. He looked badly in need of the run at Newbury on his reappearance in May this year when 3rd of 19 and then perhaps a combination of the stiff 7f and soft ground caught him out at Sandown when 4th of 9. However dropped back to 6f and on good ground he was a most impressive winner of a handicap here at Ascot last time out, travelling strongly and powering clear at the finish from some decent older yardsticks. Up 8lb for that success will make life harder, however Jarraaf looks a potential pattern class horse in the making and there could well be plenty of improvement at sprint distances to come. Jarraaf rates a 5 star win Pick.
