City Streak improved his form throughout last season and was in good form on his final 4 runs with figures 2122 showing him to be a consistent performer. He ran a good race to finish 3rd in a fair race at Chelmsford on his seasonal return in April where he was not beaten too far. He then built on that run by winning at Chester's May meeting. He was a little keen in the race but finished strongly to win by a neck. He has only been nudged up 2lbs for that win and with potential for more improvement to come, City Streak should go close today. If he can settle a bit better in a race where there is some early pace on, he could finish best of all. City Streak rates a 2 star win Pick.
