VERDICT: A veritable dynamo when barefoot, Kassiopee Wind (11) takes her first competitive steps at Enghien but should take well to the new conditions and will be expected to make it 4 on the trot. Kavala De Padd (14) takes a dip in class after a fine Gr.2 Prix Henri Levesque run and even with hind shoes on looks the main danger. The well-engaged Kash Lady (15) was being conditioned that day and goes barefoot this time, but she may first have to defer to a reconfigured Kracovia (7) who will be race-fit by now.
