VERDICT: Emily Rebecca showed a big improvement when upped to this distance at Lingfield on her handicap debut, finishing a creditable second. She looks capable of winning at this level on that evidence and Richard Hannon's filly can open her account. Hawkesbury Legend also posted his best effort so far when runner-up at Wolverhampton latest. He should have more to offer, while Eleonora Gonzaga is worthy of a second glance on her handicap bow.
