VERDICT: Cliffscape showed good resolve to win her maiden and looks to have come to hand. She is now taking on open company but could make a winning handicap debut. Poetic Princess, like Cliffscape, has drawn well and she should be in the firing line. She wasn't beaten far in her handicap debut. Stu's Girl, stablemate to Cliffscape, won at big odds but it was a convincing run and she must be respected. Vivo Per Lei is a maiden who has shown good pace over a bit more ground. She could prefer the drop in distance. Black Path must have a say on current form.
