VERDICT: Despite proving fractious in the preliminaries prior to her introduction at Leopardstown, Catalina Delcarpio could hardly have been more impressive. A 400,000gns yearling purchase, she readily accounted for six rivals and while in a much deeper contest now, could prove up to the task. The choice of Ryan Moore, Ecstatic looks the best of Aidan O'Brien's three. A fine second on her return to action at the Curragh, she should appreciate this step up to a mile and a quarter. Like the selection, Tarima impressed on debut at Leopardstown and looks the main danger. A half-sister to multiple Group 1 winners Tarnawa and Tahiyra, this Lope De Vega chestnut could very well emulate her siblings in time. Barnavara and Wemightakedlongway are the highest-rated of those with a mark and should step forward after failing to make an impact on their returns at the same Leopardstown fixture last month.
