VERDICT: English Oak progressed up the handicap ranks which culminated with an impressive display in the Buckingham Palace at Royal Ascot. The five-year-old's best effort up in class came when runner-up in Listed company at Newbury and, having been gelded at the end of last season, appears to have an excellent opportunity to get back to winning ways. Skukuza was runner-up in the Britannia and makes his first appearance since with strong credentials, while Cerulean Bay and Yorkshire appear best of the remainder.
