VERDICT: Brilliant winner on debut earlier this month, Mazeppa Du Vivier (10) takes a significant step up in category but will have a realistic chance of maintaining his perfect status if he replicates that performance. Yoann Lebourgeois will still be paying significant attention to Miyah Salleloise (2) who will have progressed since qualifying nicely last season, and Magicien Ludois (11) who got straight down to business at Tours first time out. Third at the same venue that day, on his own debut, Moliere Sautonne (7) will have progressed for the run and should again prove competitive for a place in the frame.
