VERDICT: Tiger (2) showed good improvement from his debut to score a solid win on his second start. That Lyon-La Soie victory suggested more wins are in the tank, though this will be his first outing on turf. Taubek (3) impressed at Montlucon-Neris-les-Bains, and it will be interesting to see if he can follow up at this track. Quinteplus (4) flopped at Chantilly but had won well on debut and is clearly not out of it. Synergetic (1) appears better than his first effort on turf and can also be a threat.
