VERDICT: A small field but a competitive race. Parachutiste (4) won by an easy 2.5L on his second start over 2100m at Saint-Cloud earlier this month and can improve for that win. He is the marginal choice over Zekret (1), who won on debut last year and ran well on his seasonal return when fourth in a Class 1 race on April 4th. He looked in need of the race and will strip fitter today. Kirchner (2) ran a fair race when fourth in a Class 1 last time and looks best of the others.
