Koala Age 5
VERDICT: A hardy campaigner with nothing to prove at this level, Koala (12) was by no means disgraced on his Vincennes comeback and, reunited with Eric Raffin who excels with him, can get straight back down to business. Excellent in all three ridden starts, and sporting 4 pads for the first time, Kalina Princess (10) went close in Paris 3 weeks ago and looks the main danger. Ideally-entered, Joyau De Janze (13) is always game, has solid Laval credentials, and will be shod to preference this time. A place behind Estelle Croisic's horse earlier this month, Kobalt Du Vallon (9) deserves to be rewarded with victory one of these days.
