VERDICT: Devil's Advocate showed improvement from first to second start when scoring easily at Chelmsford in October, and the form of that contest has worked out well since. The Godolphin-owned colt should be up to this level, while the Irish raider Trinity College looks best placed to chase him home after a taking success on his return at Naas last month. Third in the Ballysax when last in action, Tiberius Thunder cannot be ruled out either.
