VERDICT: Siam Park has made an excellent start to his chasing career and stepping up in trip seemed to bring about further improvement when scoring comfortably from the front at Stratford last month. A 6lb rise for that success could prove lenient, and it may be that Taxus Baccata gives him the most to think about, having won over C&D on her penultimate start before a respectable second at Fakenham next time. Fontwell scorer Joe Cotton is another to note, as well as Shakeyatailfeather, who would be turning out quickly under a 7lb penalty after scoring at Cheltenham on Thursday.
