VERDICT: Jasko Des Dames won twice over fences earlier this season and ran a cracker last time when fifth behind Jazzy Matty in the Grand Annual at Cheltenham with Conyers Hill four lengths back in sixth. The latter is another who has to be considered here. Path D'oroux never really got involved over 2m4f at Cheltenham last month but is generally a very consistent sort and holds strong claims on his previous second at this venue. Jesse Evans is a smart handicap hurdler who has already registered a win and a Grade 3 place from just three starts over fences.
