VERDICT: Kilmore Rock won readily over just shy of 3m at Newcastle 19 days ago and assuming the cheekpieces have the same impact second time around, the low-mielage six-year-old has a good chance of following up. Cruden had a wind problem addressed after failing to justify odds-on favouritism at Newcastle last month and is another to monitor closely in the betting. The others have been mainly struggling to find their form but perhaps Forged Well could improve and figure with a first-time visor added.
