VERDICT: A small but select field for this mile contest and a race that could go the way of Bowmark, who still holds a Dante entry suggesting he is held in some regard. An impressive debut winner at Kempton in December when scoring by over four lengths, despite pulling hard throughout, the Kingman colt looks destined for bigger and better things. Glittering Legend stepped up to beat Royal Lodge Stakes sixth Hawksbill on his seasonal return at Kempton and is an obvious danger, alongside Irish raider Michael Scofield, who remains unbeaten after two victories at Southwell in March.
