VERDICT: Tarbat Ness occupied the runner-up spot over timber at Huntingdon last month and was last seen on the Flat running out a five-length victor at Catterick in October. However, he might come out second best to Zephlyn, who hit the line strongly to score at Newcastle, shaping as if this step up in trip would eke out more. With a similar performance, he should prove tough to beat. Man Of Riddles is another to watch out for.
