VERDICT: In the absence of stable companion and last year's Arc third Los Angeles, the unbeaten Jan Brueghel has been presented with a golden opportunity on his return to action. The son of Galileo progressed with each start of his three-year-old campaign which culminated with defeat of another high-class stable companion in the St Leger. Crystal Black won five on the bounce, including at Royal Ascot and in Group 3 company at Leopardstown, and commands plenty of respect, while Tower Of London, who is better over further, and Crypto Force head the remainder.
