VERDICT: Betsen found only a progressive sort too good when runner-up over course and distance a fortnight ago. This is less competitive and the unexposed son of Invincible Spirit looks to have plenty more to offer off his current mark. A 6f winner at Kempton, Gutsy Girl made a promising debut for Joseph O'Brien's yard when fourth in a Listed sprint at Cork. She makes more appeal than last week's Bellewstown winner Emerald Harmony, who is upped in class.
