VERDICT: Portetta faced a stiff task when pitched into a Listed event at Limerick on her racecourse debut and although the Le Havre filly struggled that day, it would come as no surprise were she to progress in these calmer waters. Hay Max fetched 75,000 pounds as a three-year-old and is worth a market check, while Pon De Replay, who has bumper winners in her pedigree, should not be overlooked.
