VERDICT: Queen Of Thieves makes plenty of appeal tackling middle-distances for the first time. A sister to the top-class Cracksman, she will have learned plenty from last year's debut over a mile at Doncaster and should have bags more to offer. Lady Ridgewood is another likely to benefit for this extra test of stamina, having gone close at Kempton in November. Serenity Prayer is a newcomer to keep an eye on for the future.
