VERDICT: My Virtue clearly appreciates a sound surface judged on her success at Southwell last May and the fact that came after a break gives plenty of hope that she can strike after nearly a year off. Mistral Blue took a step in the right direction when fourth over C&D last month and the assessor may have been kind to drop her 2lb. Any market support for Briery Bee should be noted on her first taste of handicap action.
