VERDICT: Cases can be made for all of these but none more so than Infantry Officer, who has won both of his handicap starts in impressive fashion. Even off a 9lb higher mark than last time, Michael Bell's gelding is hard to oppose now bidding for a hat-trick. Ray Gun has filled second place on all three starts since winning at Kempton in February and is likely to be in the mix again in first-time cheekpieces, while Patrol completes the shortlist.
