VERDICT: Pacifist impressed when making all to break her maiden with ease over 1m at Newcastle in January and, freshened up by a short break, the daughter of Australia is an appealing handicap debutant for a yard that is starting to go through the gears for the campaign ahead. An opening mark of 75 looks fair and she is very much the one to beat. Moonlit Stage improved after being gelded last August and merits consideration as he returns on a feasible rating. War Hawk is another to keep an eye on.
