VERDICT: Ephesus has run well in three hurdles to date and can be depended upon to again show that form. A Flat maiden winner for Aidan O'Brien, the selection finished mid-division in the Lincoln last month and had previously finished third behind a subsequent Grade 3 hurdle winner at Naas in February. Raydamann was also quite capable on the Flat, albeit without managing a win, and while reported to have blood at both nostrils on his December hurdling debut, showed much better form at Navan subsequently and will be suited by drying ground. Sprinkles finished reasonably well when beaten 32 lengths on her latest start, but nonetheless has eight lengths to find with the selection on that December form.
