VERDICT: Nice race to catch the Quartet where it seems that anything can happen. Sovereign Command made improvement last time and could be in the firing line in this type of event. Verification was a few lengths behind the former when racing for the second time. He is well bred and could show more. Danube hasn't done badly. He has Highveld form and is entitled to the utmost respect even if having drawn a bit wide. Firelighter got going late in his last start. He will need to get going sooner over the shorter trip but has drawn well. Carnival Park is one of many that can do it at decent odds.
