VERDICT: Prince Hector was doing his best work at the finish when a comfortable winner over 1m4f here last week and this extra yardage should suit. However, that was only his third victory from 35 starts and a safer option may be Mamdoh, who won twice over this C&D last month and was only denied by half a length when runner-up off 1lb lower 10 days ago. Upped in distance for his handicap debut, an improved effort from Courageous Gold would come as no surprise.
