VERDICT: Considering the saddle slipped early, Pilgrims King posted a commendable effort to go in over the extended 2m3f here and rates a player off just 4lb higher. However, this course also brings the best out of Tom Creen, who is just 1lb higher than when he struck at the Boxing Day fixture. Furthermore, as a previous C&D winner with juice in the ground, Sam England's 10-year-old ticks all the right boxes. The hat-trick seeking The Paddy Pie and No But I Will complete the shortlist.
