VERDICT: A good lot of fillies here but preference nevertheless goes to the progressive La Foule (6) who gave a good account on her re-entry here earlier in the month. Winner of 2 on the trot before being sent for a holiday, Laetitia Montvason (12) is first-time barefoot, and if fully-fit, can give Julien Dubois' charge a run for her money. Better-placed behind the car, and unbeaten in two Caen starts, Lady De Vandel (3) is competitively-shod for the occasion and warrants respect. Libre Sautonne (17) has pulled a shocker of a draw but imposed at La Rochelle recently, is barefoot for the first time, and Mathieu Mottier will endeavour to complement Matthieu Abrivard's good work.
