VERDICT: Diamond Koda encountered a progressive rival when he finished second over this trip at Doncaster last month. The winner of that race has gone in again since and, running off 1lb lower, Nick Kent's six-year-old looks too well treated treated to ignore, especially with Tom Broughton claiming a further 5lb from the saddle. Kourosh has something to prove stepping up in trip, so perhaps the reliable Typhoon Flyer could be a bigger danger on just his third start in a handicap.
