VERDICT: Although not as sharp as expected at Caen recently, Manille D'erable (3) is clearly a good sort in the making and from the 3-spot can get off the mark. Sanctioned that day but patently a progressive filly, Miss De La Ferme (5) is also nicely-positioned behind the car and Anthony Barrier will be intent on making amends. Makarina De Bomo (11) comported herself well after both sanctions and it is only a question of time before she comes good. Mandarine Bam (7) is back racing right-handed after her Graignes blip and will be expected to finish close this time.
