VERDICT: Masqool did little wrong when finding only a subsequent winner too strong over track and trip last month. A 2lb nudge up in the ratings for the seven-year-old may prove to be lenient and a 12th career victory could be imminent. Kaaranah returned to form with a close-up second over 1m at Kempton a fortnight ago and, up in distance, he isn't taken lightly. English Spirit and Lechuga Lad are also worth a second look.
