VERDICT: Al Shabab Storm was probably feeling the exertions of a long season when finishing last in the Group 2 Park Stakes at Doncaster in September. Now under the tutelage of Marco Botti, the four-year-old isn't taken lightly but may struggle to concede 5lb to Jabaara. The daughter of Exceed And Excel finished a cracking second in the Group 1 Falmouth Stakes at Newmarket last July and she rates as the one to beat. Fair Angellica is the pick of the remainder.
