VERDICT: Sent for a 4 months' break after running second here last October, Korigane D'erable (1) did everything right on her re-entry run, has been reconfigured for her return to racing right-handed, and looks to have a realistic chance of opening her 2025 account. That said, Key West De Chenu (2) has returned to her best and will not be easily disposed of, and neither will the well-placed, and barefoot, Kama D'em (4) who was an impressive winner here last autumn. Tom Debost would have preferred a better draw but Kasane Du Biset (11) won well at Graignes last month and should again be competitive for a place in the frame.
