VERDICT: Hat Hot Hat returns from a lengthy break but would not be a surprise winner in this weak race. Always Shining did not seem to enjoy the turf last time out and will be a threat back on this surface. Oh Mandy is better than her last run would suggest and will be right there at the finish. Smart View is unreliable but capable of earning some money when in the right mood. To Be Free has run well on the Polytrack so perhaps the last run on turf is best ignored.
