VERDICT: The switch to front-running tactics appeared to make a difference to Autumn Angel, with Tony Carroll's mare only beaten a neck over C&D last Tuesday. The six-year-old is able to race off a 2lb lower mark here and a repeat of that latest performance should be enough for her to record a sixth career success. Zepparella produced her best effort so far when going close at Kempton last month and she is respected along with Back Tomorrow, who finished third here a fortnight ago.
