VERDICT: Lord Fromentro (6) pulled off the first hat-trick of his career when easily winning under these conditions recently. He races first-time barefoot and is sufficiently well-positioned to keep the victory train rolling. Clement Duvaldestin will still want to be wary of the less-favourably-drawn, but reconfigured, Italian import, Fergus Del Ronco (13) who left a good impression on his late-January French debut, and the better-placed Linaro (3) who gave a reassuring account here early last month. Faramir As (1) is competitively-shod for his Vincennes debut and with Yoann Lebourgeois reining is unlikely to disappoint.
