VERDICT: Sermandzarak won the valuable Goffs Defender Bumper at the Punchestown Festival last spring and has filled the runner-up spot twice over hurdles this season. The selection had Bossofthebrownies 10 lengths behind in third when putting in his best work at the finish at Punchestown last time and the addition of cheekpieces and this longer trip should suit. Custom Taylor's second to Will The Wise over a similar trip at Punchestown has worked out well since and he rates a greater threat than Flemensface, who has been lightly raced since beating Asian Master in a Cork bumper and was second to the odds-on Argento Boy in a 2m7f Punchestown maiden last month.
