VERDICT: Gentleman Jacques made every yard of the running to score in ready fashion over 2m4f here last month and was given an 11lb rise for that success. Emma Lavelle's team are in good form at present and it would be no surprise to see him complete the double, with Cameron Johnstone-Baker taking a valuable 10lb off his back. The Blueberry One was only beaten two lengths into second on his handicap debut at Ffos Las last month and is likely to be thereabouts again, while Klic Boum looks the pick of the remainder.
