VERDICT: Ney was a mini-revelation when he went up in distance to score on chase debut last month, and might continue to progress. He benefitted hugely from running over staying Flat distances last year, winning three times in Britain, and while he faces a tougher task than when scoring at Punchestown recently, should appreciate today's even longer distance. Buachaillbocht has a favourable chase rating and while he should be well suited to stepping up to this distance being a laid-back individual, has poor recent form. Jasmin De Cotte made mistakes when running well at Leopardstown during Christmas and stays well.
