ANALYSIS: Pulled hard and raced awkwardly in rear, never a factor
VERDICT: Mereside Madness accounted for Tasever (second) when winning over C&D a couple of weeks ago and four-year-old could make it a double. The aforementioned Tasever has to be of interest, although a 2lb swing in the weights may not be enough to reverse the form. The rest all have questions to answer right now, but Havana Prince has the ability to run well if ready to go after a 214-day break.
