VERDICT: The hat-trick seeking Paddy's Day has to be respected but the step up in grade is a slight concern. As a result, preference is for Elegant Erin, who beat a useful rival over C&D when last seen in November and the eight-year-old is only 2lb higher here. Mon Na Slieve has dropped to a mark off which he could be competitive and Kevin Ryan's inmate may improve for a recent gelding operation, while Badri is another to note.
